基于病理基础的中医皮肤病学教学体会

Teaching experience of dermatology of traditional Chinese medicine based on pathological basis

护场、五行学说在中医临床辨证中应用广泛,尤其是在皮肤性病学这一学科领域。我们认为表皮的五层结构分别对应五行,应用在复杂多变的皮肤病学教学和实践中收到较好的效果。这些皮肤微观病理表现与中医护场、五行学说的融会贯通,非常有助于对病机的全面把握和临床准确辨证与治疗。

"Defended-field"and"Five-orbiculus"theory are special methods used by many doctors of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)especially in the dermatology aspects.We believe that the five-layer structure of the epidermis is corresponded with the five-orbiculus,the application of this method received good results in the teaching and practicing of dermatology.The relationship between these microscopic pathology of the skin and Five-orbiculus theory is very helpful and accurate for a comprehensive grasp of the disease pathogenesis.The TCM theory of epidermal five elements received good teaching efficacy and it has very good application foreground which need to be vigorously developed.
