中药口服治疗非特异性腰痛研究进展

Research progress in the treatment of nonspecific low back pain with oral Chinese Medicine

目的:探讨中药口服治疗慢性非特异性腰痛(nonspecific low back pain,NLBP)的研究进展。方法:查阅文献总结分析中药口服治疗NLBP的治法、方剂、疗效、作用机制、研究方法等的进展。结果:目前虽有一定数量的相关研究,但单纯口服中药治疗NLBP的报道很少,且大多没有进行严格的随机对照研究,普遍观察期较短,缺乏深入的机理研究。结论:迫切需要采用前瞻、随机、对照的试验方法,评价中药内服治疗NLBP的安全性和有效性,明确其优势和特点,为治疗NLBP提供可借鉴的安全有效的药物,并探索其作用机理。

To explore the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine oral in treating chronic non-specific low back pain(NLBP).Based on literature review to analysis and sum up the syndrome differentiation and traditional Chinese medicine prescription,efficacy,mechanism of action,research methods of oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of NLBP.The results show that although there are a certain number of related studies,there are few reports of oral Chinese medicine alone in the treatment of NLBP,and most of them do not carry out strict randomized control study,the general observation period is short,and lack of in-depth mechanism research.Therefore,it is urgent to use prospective,randomized and controlled test methods to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Chinese medicine in the treatment of NLBP,to clarify its advantages and characteristics,to provide safe and effective drugs for the treatment of NLBP,and to explore its mechanism.
