摘要
文章对武夷岩茶精加工自动化生产线工艺流程、设备组成及关键设备工艺原理进行了介绍,并对武夷岩茶单机加工和连续化生产线加工的茶叶感官品质进行比较。结果表明,连续化生产线加工的产品感官品质达到并超过原单机生产的品质要求,为武夷岩茶精制生产线推广应用提供参考。
This paper introduced the process flow,equipment composition,and key equipment processing principles of Wuyi Rock Tea refined automatic production line,and compared the sensory quality of tea processed by single machine and continuous production line.The result showed that the sensory quality of the products processed by the continuous production line met and exceeded the quality requirements of the single machine production.This paper also provided a reference for the popularization and application of the Wuyi Rock Tea refined produceiton line.
