摘要
云南大叶种茶树是云南地理标志范围内广泛栽培的茶树品种,在栽培过程中会产生大量茶籽。文章以大叶种茶树的茶籽为材料,经去壳、干燥、加热压榨等步骤提取得到初制油,提油率为13.20%。初制油再经过水化脱胶、碱炼、脱色、脱臭等工艺精制得到浅黄、清澈明亮的精制油,提油率、酸价、过氧化值分别为10.15%、0.84和2.11。气相色谱法测得精制油含棕榈酸(15.40%)、硬脂酸(3.59%)、油酸(59.00%)、亚油酸(20.10%)和亚麻酸(0.34%)。云南大叶种茶籽油富含油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸等不饱和脂肪酸,值得深入研究开发。
Camellia sinensis var.assamica is a widely cultivated tea plant variety in Yunnan Province.During its cultivation,a large number of tea seeds are produced.In this paper,the seeds of Camellia sinensis var.assamica were used as the material,and the primary oil was extracted through hulling,drying,heating and pressing.The oil extraction rate was 13.20%.The primary oil was refined through hydration degumming,alkali refining,de-coloring,and deodorizing to obtain a light yellow,clear and bright refined oil.The oil extraction rate,acid value,and peroxide value were 10.15%,0.84 and 2.11,respectively.Gas chromatography determined that the refined oil contained palmitic acid(15.40%),stearic acid(3.59%),oleic acid(59.00%),linoleic acid(20.10%)and linolenic acid(0.34%).Seed oil of Camellia sinensis var.assamica is rich in unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid,which is worth of further research and development.
