长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)是一类长度超过200个核苷酸的无编码功能的RNA分子。越来越多的证据表明,lncRNA主要在转录中、转录后以及表观遗传水平参与基因的表达调控,进而影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭和转移,与原发性肝癌发生、发展的病理生理机制及患者预后密切相关。此文将总结近年来lncRNA在肝癌中研究进展,以期在肝癌的诊断、预防和治疗上提供新的临床思路。

Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is a non-coding RNA molecules with more than 200 nucleotide in length.Evidences show that lncRNA mainly participates in the regulation of gene expression in transcriptional,post-transcriptional and epigenetic levels,affects the proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and metastasis of tumor cells and is correlated with the pathophysiological mechanism of the occurrence and development of primary liver cancer and the patients’prognosis.This article reviews the research progress of lncRNA in liver cancer in recent years for providing new clinical ideas in the diagnosis,prevention and treatment of liver cancer.
