液氮冷冻联合卤米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨液氮冷冻联合卤米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法72例临床诊断为慢性湿疹的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组36例采用液氮冷冻治疗,每周2次,联合卤米松乳膏外用,每天2次,连续4周为一疗程。对照组36例外用卤米松乳膏,每天2次,连续4周为一疗程。4周后比较两组患者的临床疗效,湿疹面积及严重度指数(EASI)评分、瘙痒缓解程度和不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为86.11%,对照组总有效率为61.11%,治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.390,P=0.017)。两组患者治疗4周后EASI评分和瘙痒评分较治疗前明显下降,且治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。两组患者治疗期间均无明显不良反应。结论液氮冷冻联合卤米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹起效快,疗效显著,无明显不良反应。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of liquid nitrogen freezing method combined with Halometasone cream in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods 72 cases with chronic eczema were randomized into two groups(36 cases each).The treatment group was treated with liquid nitrogen freezing method twice a week,combined with Halometasone cream twice a day for 4 weeks.The control group was treated with Halometasone cream twice per day for 4 weeks.4 weeks later,the groups were compared in clinical efficacy,EASI,the degree of pruritus relief and adverse reactions.Results After 4 weeks’treatment,the total effective rate was 86.11%in the treatment group and 61.11%in the control group,significant difference was observed(Z=-2.390,P=0.017).The EASI score and pruritus score of the groups decreased significantly after 4 weeks of treatment with the treatment group being lower than the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01);no significant side effect occurred during treatment in both groups.Conclusion The therapy of liquid nitrogen freezing method combined with Halometasone cream has good and quick response with no severe side effect in the treatment of chronic eczema.
