摘要
设计了一种能够模拟输油管道磨损性能的机构。通过管道更换和夹持装置两个关键部件,机构能够实现简便地更换测试管道,同时能够轻松地提供所需要的管道测试角度,进而研究管道弯角、流体介质、流体密度、流体流速流量等参数对不同材质输油管道磨损性能的影响,从而优化输油过程中对输送不同的流体特性管道的材质和放置角度,减少流体介质对管道的磨损,提高管道寿命,并且该机构配备流体回流装置既保证工程的经济性又使其绿色节能。
In this paper, a mechanism which can simulate the wear performance of oil pipeline is designed. The mechanism can easily take the place of the test pipe by the two key components of pipeline replacement and clamping device. At the same time, it can conveniently provide the required pipeline test angle, and then make a study of the effect of pipe bending angle, fluid medium, fluid density, fluid velocity and flow rate on the wear performance of different materials, as a result, the material and placement angle of the pipeline with different fluid characteristics can be optimized, the wear of the fluid medium to the pipeline can be reduced, and the service life of the pipeline can be improved. In addition, the mechanism is equipped with a fluid backflow device to ensure the economy of the engineering and the green energy-saving of the engineering.
