基于行业需求的传统手工艺人才培养模式研究

Research on the training mode of traditional handicraft talents based on the needs of the industry

介绍了传统手工艺的价值与发展,分析了传统手工艺与行业需求的关系。传统手工艺品采用天然材料制作,数量有限,标准化程度低,具有丰富的装饰性和相应的功能性,可以传达文化内涵,具有象征意义和艺术价值。行业需求是以实现效益为目标,以专业的服务和质量管理为依托,形成一系列以品牌为导向的经营组织模式。高校艺术设计专业传统手工艺课程教学模式的改革与创新型人才培养途径:调整并重塑课程体系,注重培养学生的创新思维意识,融入传统手工艺的文化理念。应调整教学大纲和培养方案等内容,有针对性地对专业课程进行改革,以达到创新和锻炼逻辑思维的目的。要丰富学生的实践经验,加强对制作过程的了解程度,充分发挥理论知识在实际中的作用。适当融入民间传统手工艺的文化理念,增加学生的艺术修养,进而创作出更加新颖的手工艺品。

This paper introduces the value and development of traditional handicrafts,analyzes the relationship between traditional handicrafts and industry demand.Traditional handicrafts are made of natural materials,with limited quantity,low standardization,rich decoration and corresponding functionality,which can convey cultural connotation,symbolic significance and artistic value.The demand of the industry is to form a series of brand-oriented business organization models with the goal of achieving benefits and relying on professional service and quality management.The reform of traditional handicraft teaching mode and the cultivation of innovative talents can be carried out from the following aspects:adjust and reshape the curriculum system,pay attention to the cultivation of students’innovative thinking consciousness,and integrate into the cultural concept of traditional handicraft.In order to achieve the goal of innovation and exercise of logical thinking,we should adjust the contents of teaching syllabus and training program,and reform the professional courses.We should enrich students’practical experience,strengthen their understanding of the production process,and give full play to the role of theoretical knowledge in practice.Appropriate integration into the traditional folk arts and crafts cultural concept,increase the artistic accomplishment of students,and then create more innovative handicrafts.
