电子信息工程专业实习教学改革与创新探讨

电子信息工程专业的教学过程中缺乏实习环节,学生只是对知识进行了解,并没有融入自身的思考。学生对电子信息工程专业缺乏正确的认识,教师也没有对知识点进行延伸。设置电子信息工程专业实习的目的是为了能够帮助学生对理论知识进行应用,构建合理的知识框架,开发学生的创新思维。介绍了电子信息工程专业实习现状,高校大多选择在大三、大四的时候开展实习,这一期间学生正处于毕业或考研的关键阶段,不能全身心投入到实习中,影响了实习的预期效果。较多学生在实习过程中被动应付,不仅没有将知识应用到实践中,还对实习产生了厌倦情绪,而且学生在实习中遇到困难往往会选择逃避。提出了电子信息工程专业综合实习改革的方法,高校应加强与企业的对接,在企业为高校提供专业实习地点的同时,高校也要为企业培养专业化的高素质人才。高校应与企业建立起明确的合作关系,实现互利互惠,帮助学生积累工作经验,培养出定向人才。教师要重视对学生的个性化培养,应结合学生的实际情况以及思维活跃程度对实习流程进行合理安排,使学生能够独立完成电子信息工程的操作任务。

In the teaching process of electronic information engineering,there is a lack of practice. The students only understand the knowledge and do not integrate their own thinking. Students lack correct understanding of electronic information engineering,and teachers do not extend their knowledge. The purpose of setting up the practice of electronic information engineering is to help students to apply theoretical knowledge,build a reasonable knowledge framework,and develop students ’ innovative thinking. This paper introduces the current situation of the practice of electronic information engineering major. Most colleges and universities choose to carry out the practice when they are in their junior and senior years. During this period,the students are in the critical stage of graduation or postgraduate entrance examination,so they can’t devote themselves to the practice,which affects the expected effect of the practice. Many students in the process of practice fish in troubled water,not only did not apply the knowledge to practice,but also produced tired of practice,and students often choose to avoid difficulties in practice. This paper puts forward the method of comprehensive practice reform of electronic information engineering major. colleges and universities should strengthen the connection with enterprises. While enterprises provide professional practice places for colleges and universities,colleges and universities should also cultivate professional high-quality talents for enterprises. Colleges and universities should establish a clear cooperative relationship with enterprises,realize mutual benefit and reciprocity,help students to accumulate working experience,and cultivate directional talents. Teachers should attach importance to the individualized training of students,and reasonably arrange the practice process according to the actual situation of students and the active degree of thinking,so that students can independently complete the operation task of electronic information engineering.
