新时代大学生学风建设提升路径的探索与实践

新时代大学生学风建设存在的问题主要有学习目标不清、学习动力不足、学习方法不当、学习态度不端。学风建设出现问题的原因主要体现在学生自身的失位、中学教育的越位、高校教育的缺位、家长教育的错位、社会教育的空位。提出了新时代大学生学风建设的提升路径:以思想教育引领学风,培育新时代大学生的责任感。以正向激励引导学风,发挥学生朋辈引领作用。以政策机制塑造学风,不断完善制度体系。以浓厚氛围培育学风,构建"三全"育人格局。

In the new era,there are many problems in the construction of college students’ learning style,such as unclear learning objectives,insufficient learning motivation,improper learning methods and improper learning attitude.The reasons for the problems in the construction of study style are mainly reflected in the loss of students themselves,the offside of middle school education,the absence of higher education,the dislocation of parents’ education and the vacancy of social education. This paper puts forward the way to improve the style of study of college students in the new era: lead the style of study with ideological education,and cultivate the sense of responsibility of college students in the new era. It needs to guide the style of study with positive incentives and give full play to the leading role of students’ peers. It needs to shape the style of study by policy mechanism and constantly improve the system,with a strong atmosphere to cultivate the style of study,build the "three complete"education pattern.
