基于PDCA循环理论的高校班级学风建设探究

Research on college study style construction based on PDCA theory

为进一步提升高校班级学风建设,营造浓厚的学习氛围,提高学生的学习质量,本研究尝试从管理学角度出发,分析当前班级学风建设存在的问题,并将PDCA循环理论应用到高校班级学风建设中去,从计划、实施、检查、改进四个环节提出高校班级学风建设的新思路。

In order to further improve the study style of universities,create a strong learning atmosphere and improve student learning quality. This paper tries from a management perspective,analyzes the problems in the construction of the current class style,and applies the PDCA cycle theory to the construction of academic style in universities. It puts forward new ideas for the construction of study style in colleges and universities from planning,implementation,inspection and improvement.
