摘要
分析了民办高校教师队伍的建设现状,阐述了存在的教师队伍结构不合理、缺乏学科带头人和专业负责人、教师专业自主性较低、教师队伍不稳定、社会和学校缺乏对教师的人文关怀、教师队伍管理情况欠佳等问题,提出大力提高教师素质、优化教师队伍结构、加强学校管理、提高民办教师的待遇等措施,以提升吉林省各民办高校教师队伍建设水平。
This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of the teachers’ team in private colleges and universities,expounds the existing problems such as the unreasonable structure of the teachers ’team,the lack of discipline leaders and professional directors,the low professional autonomy of teachers,the instability of the teachers’ team,the lack of humanistic care for teachers from society and schools,and the poor management of the teachers’ team,and puts forward to vigorously improve the quality of teachers and optimize the teachers’ team In order to improve the level of the construction of the teachers’ team in the private colleges and universities in Jilin Province,we should strengthen the school management and improve the treatment of the private teachers.
