"一带一路"自2013年下半年被提出以来,就一直在强调绿色贸易,对我国来说,发展绿色贸易既是机遇也是挑战,既是权利也是义务。从绿色贸易的内涵出发,分析了"一带一路"背景下我国发展绿色贸易的必要性和"一带一路"给我国对外贸易创造的绿色商机,并提出"一带一路"背景下发展我国绿色贸易的政策措施。
