黑龙江省养老机构医养结合养老服务问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Old-age Services Combined with Medical Care in Old-age Institutions in Heilongjiang Province

随着我国社会老龄化程度的不断加深,老年人医疗护理的问题日益凸显,迫切的养老和医疗需求对我国的养老医疗体系提出了更高要求。基于黑龙江省哈尔滨市的养老机构"医养结合"养老服务现状,分析与借鉴国内外研究经验,深入剖析现有的养老模式中普遍存在的医养分离问题,最后对建设适合黑龙江省养老机构医养结合服务的全新养老服务模式提出对策建议。

With the deepening of the aging of our society,the problem of medical care for the elderly is becoming increasingly prominent. The urgent needs of old-age care and medical care put forward higher requirements for China’s old-age care medical system. Based on the current situation of"combination of medical care and nursing care"in pension institutions in Harbin,Heilongjiang province,this paper analyzes and draws on the research experience at home and abroad to deeply analyze the problems of separation of medical care and nursing care in existing pension models. Suggestions are put forward on the construction of a new service model for the elderly,which is suitable for the combination of medical and nursing services in nursing institutions in Heilongjiang province.
