产业升级与就业结构的联动分析——以江西省为例

Industrial Upgrading and Employment Linkage Analysis--Take Jiangxi Province as Example

通过对江西省统计年鉴1995-2017年数据进行整理,分析了近年来江西省三大产业发展现状,通过比较三次产业就业弹性,研究江西省产业结构与就业结构的关系,结果显示:江西省产业结构和就业结构之间的协调性不强,第二产业对就业的拉动效果接近饱和,今后江西省应将劳动力主要转向第三产业。

Based on the data of statistical yearbook (1995 to 2017) in Jiangxi province,this paper introduces three major industry of Jiangxi province in recent years development situation. Through the analysis of each industry employment elasticity in each year and research on the development of the industry structure in Jiangxi province,the results showed that the industrial structure and employment structure in jiangxi province are mismatched. While the second industry pull effect on the employment is nearly saturation,the workforce will be mainly created by the tertiary industry in the future.
