摘要
与传统的外贸供应链相比,跨境电商供应链在结构、运作模式等方面均有着显著的不同;跨境电商供应链结构扁平化,供应链周期较短,有一般出口、直邮出口和特殊区域出口等供应链运作模式。虽然跨境电商使供应链在效率和成本等方面得以优化升级,但也突显出缺乏品牌优势、供应链合作机制不健全、供应链信息数据共享与应用不足、供应链技术研发和创新水平有待提升等问题,需大力培育跨境电商国际品牌,构建高效高质的供应链合作机制,破除信息不对称壁垒,加强技术创新,打造数字化和智能化的跨境电商供应链平台。
Compared with the traditional foreign trade supply chain,the cross-border e-commerce supply chain has significant differences in structure,operation mode. The cross-border e-commerce supply chain structure is flat,and the supply chain cycle is short,the supply chain business has general export,direct mail export and special regional export. Although cross-border e-commerce can optimize and upgrade the supply chain in terms of efficiency and cost,it also highlights the lack of brand advantages,imperfect supply chain cooperation mechanism,insufficient sharing and application of supply chain information and data,and the level of supply chain technology research and innovation to be improved.
