粤港澳大湾区背景下民办本科院校人才培养模式研究——以广东理工学院为例

Research on the Talent Training Mode of private undergraduate universities under the background of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area--a case study of the Guangdong Polytechnic College

基于粤港澳大湾区建设的背景,通过分析当前市场对经管类专业应用型人才需求以及人才培养存在的问题,提出广东理工学院应充分利用粤港澳大湾区建设带来的机会,结合本院学生的特点,通过加强校企合作,调整必修课、选修课、实训课等课程的比例,构建既具有理论教学素质又具有实践教学素质的"双师型"教师队伍,强化理论与实践教学。

On the background of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this research analysed of the current market demand for professional applied talents of administration and the problems existing in the talents cultivation. Thus,through making full use of chance brought by the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and combining with the characteristics of students,the Guangdong Polytechnic College should enhance university-enterprise cooperation,adjust the proportion of the required courses,elective courses,and training courses. Therefore,a group of double-qualified teachers can be trained who have the qualities of both engineering and teaching. Meanwhile,teachers should strengthen the theory and practice teaching.
