传统船舶落水管设计中存在的疲劳风险与改进方案

摘要 采用有限元方法研究目前常规设计的落水管节点在承受单向拉力时的热点应力集中系数。通过计算发现,常规设计的落水管节点具有极大的应力集中系数,对疲劳强度非常不利。从结构疲劳强度的角度来看,传统落水管节点不是优秀的设计形式。为解决传统落水管设计中热点应力集中系数偏大的问题,给出一种落水管节点改进方案。有限元分析结果表明,这种改进方案可有效减小落水管焊脚处的热点应力集中系数,降低落水管疲劳破坏的风险。 Finite element method is used to calculate the hot-spot stress concentration factor(SCF)of the scupper nodes designed in the traditional way.It is found after calculation that the scupper nodes have extremely high SCFs,which are unfavorable for the fatigue strength.This means that the traditional scupper nodes are not properly designed.To solve the problem of high hot spot SCF,an improvement scheme for scupper nodes is proposed.The result of finite element analysis shows that the improvement scheme can effectively reduce the scupper hot spot SCF,thus reducing the fatigue damage risk.
