摘要
京通线为既有单线铁路,1979年修建时受设计、施工水平等因素限制,梁体存在混凝土强度不足、管道压浆不实等问题,梁体裂纹明显。根据提升京通铁路整体运力的要求,采取对旧梁拆除架设新梁的处理方式,京通线换梁工程为全国首次大规模既有线换梁施工,施工中克服高墩、沿线隧道多、工点多、地形复杂等不利因素,采用TJ165型架桥机、DJ180型架桥机与机车牵引DL1车及NX17空平板车相结合的施工方式。本次换梁施工为今后既有线大规模换梁施工积累了宝贵的施工经验,对今后类似工程的施工具有指导性意义。
Jingtong line is an existing single track railway.Limited by design,construction level and other factors during construction in 1979,there are some problems in the beam body,such as insufficient concrete strength,insufficient grouting of pipeline,and obvious creak in the beam body.According to the requirements of improving the overall transport capacity of Jingtong Railway,the measures of dismantling old beams and erecting new ones are taken.The beam replacement project of Jingtong railway is the first large-scale beam replacement construction of the existing railway in China.During the construction,the unfavorable factors such as high piers,many tunnels along the line,many construction sites and complex terrain are overcome by the construction method of combining TJ165 bridge erecting machine,DJ180 bridge erecting machine,locomotive traction DL1 car and NX17 empty flat car.Through this beam replacement construction,valuable construction experience has been accumulated for the large-scale beam replacement construction of the existing line in the future.It has guiding significance for the construction of similar projects in the future.
