辍学现象与控辍保学思考

Reflection on the Phenomenon of Dropout and the Thought of the Dropout Control and Education Assurance

辍学是一个历史现象,更是全社会关注的焦点问题。在精准扶贫战略背景下,要有效解决辍学问题,必须深入到辍学现象的内部,厘清概念、透析本质,深刻、全面认识“辍”的发生机理,寻找到“控”的切入点。同时,要以客观、冷静的态度和方式,充分考虑客观实际,认识控辍保学工作的艰巨性、复杂性、长期性和有限性,从目标确立、实施步骤、巩固措施等方面做好工作。

Dropout is a historical phenomenon and a focus of the whole society.In the context of the precision poverty alleviation strategy,in order to effectively solve the problem of dropout,we must go deep into the internal phenomenon of dropout,clarify its concept and thoroughly analyse its essence,thus have a deep and comprehensive understanding of the mechanism of“dropout”and find the breakthrough point of“control”.At the same time,we should take the objective reality into full consideration in an objective and calm manner,understand the arduousness,complexity,long-term and limitation of the work of the dropout control and education assurance,to do a good job in the aspects of goal establishment,implementation steps and consolidation measures.
