陕西关中农村民居适老化设计

The Elderly Adaptability Design of Shaanxi Guanzhong Rural Dwellings

随着城镇化进程的加快,农村青壮年劳动力逐渐向城市转移,农村老龄化现象日益严重,中老年人成为农村实际的居住人口。而农村居住建设中却忽略了居住主体——老年人的需求,农村民居适老化设计与研究迫在眉睫。本文通过对陕西关中农村的调查研究,运用普适性、差异化设计方法,提出适老化居住空间设计模式与策略,从居住空间层面改善农村老年人的生活环境。

With the process of rural urbanization,the young adult is gradually transferred to the city,and the aging phenomenon in rural areas is increasing severely.However,the construction of rural dwellings have been ignoring the aged,who are actually the main residents of the village.Thus,it is urgent to study the elderly adaptability design of the rural dwellings.Based on the investigation and research of Guanzhong rural dwellings in Shaanxi province,this paper applies the universal and differentiated design method to obtain the design mode and strategy of adaptability to the aged,so as to improve the living environment of rural elderly people from the living space.
