基于装配技术理念下的城市青年社区设计研究——以“创想青年家”方案为例

The Research on Urban Youth Community Design based on Assembly Technology Concept--A Case of the “Creative Youth Home” Program

在国际上,青年社区的发展历经了各种阶段,目前已经形成比较成熟的建筑体系。但是在中国,这种类型的建筑却一直发展缓慢,没有得到广泛的关注与支持。随着城市建设的快速发展,城市青年们的住房压力日趋严重,如何能准确地为青年群体提供适宜的住房是整个社会亟待解决的难题。本次"创想青年家"方案设计就是基于这个现实背景,从城市青年群体的迫切需求出发,融合了标准化、单元化和绿色生态化的设计理念,主要运用了装配式的建造技术,力求探索新形势下的城市青年社区新模式。在为青年群体更好地解决住房问题的同时,也推动我国城市青年住宅和装配式建筑的发展。

Internationally,the development of youth apartments has gone through various stages,and a more mature building system has been formed at present.However,in China,this type of building has been developing slowly and has not received extensive attention and support.With the rapid development of urban construction,the housing pressure of urban youth is becoming more and more serious.How to accurately provide suitable housing for youth groups is an urgent problem to be solved in the whole society.Based on this realistic background,the scheme design of this "creative youth home",competition integrates the design concepts of standardization,unit and green ecology from the urgent needs of urban youth groups,mainly uses the assembly construction technology,and strives to explore the new model of urban youth community under the new situation.It not only solves the housing problem for youth groups,but also promotes the development of urban youth apartments and assembled buildings in our country.
