多元效应导向下传统茶园旅游开发研究

Research on the Development of Traditional Tea Garden Tourism under the Guidance of Multiple Effects

我国传统茶园面积广大,但其经济、社会、环境效应等均未得以充分发挥。本研究在明确传统茶园旅游开发应遵循"生态为本、现状为基、文化为核、系统为体、可持续为标"等原则,具体从生态化、景观化、茶树品种改造等方面对传统茶园进行基础性改造,并在文化挖掘基础上明确茶园旅游发展主题定位,全面策划茶园观光旅游、体验旅游、休闲度假旅游产品,同时引入茶农、村集体、旅游企业等多元主体共同开发经营传统茶园旅游,以期实现传统茶园经济、社会、环境效应的有机统一与可持续发展。

There have large areas of traditional tea plantations in China,but the effects of economy,society and environment have not been fully developed.This study suggests that the traditional tea plantations should follow the principles which ecology is the foundation,current situation is the base,culture is the core,system is the framework and sustainability is the standard.The traditional tea plantations should transform the basic condition from the perspective of ecology,landscape and tea varieties,define the tourism theme of tea plantations based on the discovery of culture,plan the tourism products from the perspective of sightseeing,experience,leisure and vacation,and construct the multi-group management model which including the tea farmers,village collectives,tourism enterprises and others.It may achieve the all-win results and sustainable development of the economic,social and environmental effects of traditional tea garden through the tourism development.
