校地合作背景下“双师型”教师服务行业产业路径研究——以酒店管理专业为例

Study on the Industrial Path of“Double-Qualified”Teacher Service Industry under the Background of School-Enterprise Cooperation——A Case Study of Hotel Management Specialty

通过校企合作背景下酒店管理专业"双师型"教师服务行业产业的路径的探讨和研究,帮助酒店管理专业"双师型"教师找到服务行业产业的路径,提高教师服务地方经济发展的能力,加强校企深度融合,促进"双师型"教师的成长,优化高职院校师资队伍结构,为我校师资队伍建设提供理论依据和实践指导,同时也为建设适于酒店管理专业高职教育的高水平的师资队伍提供可行的参考方法和理论依据。

The study is based on the discussion and research of the“double-qualified”teachers’serving enterprises and industries in hotel management specialty under the background of school-enterprise cooperation.It aims to help the“double-qualified”teachers of hotel management specialty to find the path of serving industries,and improve their ability to serve local economic development.The deep integration of schools and enterprises,the professional growth of“double-qualified”teachers,and the structural optimization of these teachers in higher vocational colleges provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the cultivation of teaching staff in our college,and also provide feasible reference methods and theoretical basis for the cultivation of high-level teaching staff qualified for higher vocational education in hotel management specialty.
