摘要
分析了我国在本世纪初研发生产撬毛车过程中,盲目沿用上世纪70-80年代国外撬毛车采用柴油机为动力装置、行走机构采用液压传动的失误。讨论了以柴油机、三相交流异步电动机为动力装置和行走机构采用静液压传动的必要性。建议将"撬毛车应采用柴油机、三相交流异步电动机为动力装置和行走机构采用静液压传动"和"撬毛车行走机构应采用静液压传动"写入撬毛车产品标准中。
The paper parses the mistake made in the process of researching the scaling rigs at the turn of the century of blindly introducing foreign scaling rigs on which the diesel engines as their power units and the traveling mechanisms of hydrostatic drive were used. It discusses the necessity of diesel engines and triple-phase asynchronous motors as their power units and the traveling mechanisms of hydrostatic drive. Additionally, the paper propose that clauses that "the traveling mechanism on the scaling rig shall use the hydrostatic drive" and "the scaling rig shall use diesel engines and triple-phase asynchronous motors as power units and the traveling mechanisms of hydrostatic drive" should be incorporated into the product standards for the scaling rigs.
