摘要
冷镦工艺的主要特征是无切削加工,材料利用率高,金属材料流线(纤维组织)不会被切断,且伴随着加工硬化现象的存在,成品强度比切削加工或铸造成型的零件强度要高,在一定的批量生产条件下,冷镦加工的成本要远低于其他加工方法。本文着重分析铆钉的毛坯制定,镦锻力的计算,冷镦工艺的制定,模具的制作,产品缺陷的处理,力求降低生产成本,提高产品的质量稳定性。
The cold heading process boasts a few features such as non-cutting manufacturing, high usage rate of materials and untruncated flown lines(fiber structure) in mental materials. In addition, duo to the work hardening, the finished products offer higher strength than that of parts produced with the cutting manufacturing or casting. In some mass production conditions, the cost of the cold heading is greatly lower than that of other manufacturing methods. The paper analyzes mainly the forming of rivet blanks, calculation of the upset force, formulation of the cold heading processes, the creation of molds and the disposal of the product defects in order to cut the production cost and improve the quality stability of the products.
