特高压输电线路巡视辅助检修机器人的研制 被引量:5

摘要 成功研制了国内首台特高压输电线路巡视辅助机器人,可以实时监控杆塔绝缘子串、金具、压接管的实时情况与温度变化情况,并将采集的数据输送至地面,由地面接收并贮存,以便于后期技术人员快速分析找出故障点,极大地减轻了运维检修人员对杆塔的运行巡视工作,可及时发现隐患和缺陷位置,实现了对智能电网输电线路信息化和现代化的科学管理。实验结果表明,特高压输电线路巡视辅助检修机器人可以屏蔽高压电场对机器人控制系统的干扰,且具备在恶劣天气进行运维检测的能力。 The successful development of the domestic first uhv transmission line patrol auxiliary machine,can realtime monitoring tower insulator string,hardware,pressure to take over the real-time situation changes with temperature,and the collected data to the ground,the ground receiving and storage of late technical personnel in order to facilitate rapid analysis to find the fault point,greatly reduce operational maintenance staff to the operation of the tower patrol work,found hidden dangers and defect location in time,realize the intelligent power grid transmission line information,modern scientific management.The experimental results show that the patrol auxiliary maintenance robot of UHV transmission line can shield the interference of the high-voltage electric field on the control system of the robot and has the ability to conduct operation and maintenance detection in bad weather.
