摘要
目前,大多数变电站已采用调控一体化运行模式,而五防闭锁系统大多采用一体化五防闭锁系统,未实现跨站五防闭锁功能,即当操作两变电站之间联络线上设备时,可能发生带电挂接地线、带地线送电的恶性误操作事故。文章根据变电站五防闭锁系统现状分析了建立跨站五防闭锁系统必要性,然后基于变电站现有的五防闭锁系统给出了跨站五防闭锁系统设计方案。经分析,该方案可实现变电站内部和站间的跨站五防闭锁功能。
At present,most substations have adopted the integrated operation mode of regulation and control,but the five-proof lockout system mostly uses the integrated five-proof lockout system,which does not implement the cross-station five-proof lockout function.That is,when operating the equipment on the communication line between the two substations>a vicious misoperation accident may occur in which the power is connected to the ground wire and the ground wire is transmitted.The article analyzes the necessity of establishing a cross-station five-proof lockout system based on the current status of the substation five-proof lockout system,and then gives a design scheme of the cross-station five-proof lockout system based on the existing substation five-proof lockout system.Analysis shows that the scheme can realize the cross-station five antiblocking function inside and between stations.
