Engineering Implementation of IF Amplifier Circuit in Receiving System

跟踪雷达接收系统需要从微弱回波信号中提取目标或在强回波情况下保证接收系统正常工作。因此,低增益接收、大动态、高灵敏度、灵活多变的AGC、低噪声的中频接收系统显得尤为重要。鉴于此,提出了一种中频接收放大电路,并设计部分相关电路,通过AGC闭环控制,可满足一定范围内变化的回波信号处理。

Tracking radar receiving system needs to extract targets from weak echo signals or ensure the normal operation of receiving system under strong echo conditions. Low gain receiving,large dynamic,high sensitivity,flexible AGC,low noise if receiving system is particularly important. In this paper,an if receiving and amplifying circuit is proposed,and some circuit designs are made. Through AGC closed-loop control,echo signal processing can be satisfied in a certain range.
