罗氏线圈用多支路求和变送器电路设计和研究

Design and Research of Multi-branch Summation Transmitter for Roche Coil

罗氏线圈广泛应用于复杂的工况电流采集环境中,特别是在罗氏线圈得到广泛应用后,经过研究发现罗氏线圈特别适用需要采集大电流的冶炼行业的设备上。研究发现,在大型变压器二次侧一相大电流电极下需要多根回路线缆并联来作为一相电流。因此,根据这种情况,利用罗氏线圈作为探头,设计出一款能够先测量单根回路然后再整体汇总到一个总的电路里面进行电流采样的变送器(4?20 mA或0~5VDC),然后通过变送后的值送入PLC等设备进行显示或反馈实时电流情况,具有采集电流精度高、响应速度快、安全可靠等优点。

The roche coil is widely used in the complex current acquisition environment,especially after the roche coil is widely used,after the research found that the roche coil is particularly suitable for the smelting industry that needs to collect large current equipment. Study found that in the large transformer secondary side a phase under large current electrode need more circuit cables in parallel to a phase current,we according to this situation,using roche coil as probes,designed a are capable of measuring the single loop first and then the overall summary to a general circuit for current sampling of the transmitter(4~20 mA or 0~5 V DC),then through transmitting into the PLC devices such as the value of the real time display or feedback current situation,do collect current high precision can be achieved fast response speed,safe and reliable.
