专利视角下的埋嵌式印制电路板

摘要 埋嵌式印制电路板是解决目前高集成化印制电路板尺寸和成本难题的一大利器。以专利为视角,基于埋嵌式印制电路板的全球专利申请现状,针对该领域中专利申请趋势、专利申请地域、主要申请人等进行分析。分析结果表明,日本几乎占据全球埋嵌式印制电路板领域一半的市场,且其龙头企业具备强劲的影响力,而我国缺少行业领头羊,需要培育引导优势企业,积极推进联盟合作,提高我国的专利竞争力。 Embedded printed circuit board is a powerful tool to solve the problem of size and cost of high integrated printed circuit board.From the perspective of patent,based on the global patent application status of embedded PCB,this paper analyzes the patent application trend,patent application region and main applicants in this field.The analysis results show that Japan almost occupies half of the global embedded PCB market,and its leading enterprises have strong influence,while China is lack of industry leaders,so it is necessary to cultivate and guide advantageous enterprises,actively promote alliance cooperation,and improve China's patent competitiveness.
