多极磁阱装置脉冲电源设计

摘要 多极磁阱装置是用于等离子体磁约束的装置,要求电源放电时线圈的磁场强度达到0.1 T,电压最高20 kV,电流最大1 500 A,脉冲宽度为毫秒级,脉冲电源开通时电压在0%~100%范围内可调。为了获得较高的磁场强度来约束等离子体放电,设计了一套脉冲电源放电装置,利用晶闸管可实现微秒级快速导通。通过Pspise仿真和实验测量,满足系统的设计要求。 Multi-stage magnetic trap devices are devices for plasma magnetic confinement.It requires the magnetic field strength of the coil to reach 0.1T,when the power is discharged,the voltage is up to 20kV,the current is up to 1500A,the pulse width is ms-level,and the voltage of the pulse power supply is 0 when it is turned on.Adjustable within 0%?100%range.In order to obtain high magnetic field intensity to restrain plasma discharge,The pulse power supply discharge device is designed in this paper.Also a few microseconds switch-on time of the thyristor can be achieved fast.Through Pspise simulation and experimental measurement,it can meets the design demands completely.
