摘要
针对排气消声器表面高温对封闭式静音电站的影响,提出了采用分体式水冷消声的解决方法,并从分体式水冷排气消声装置的实施方案入手,介绍了排气消声装置消声结构、配套件以及分体式水冷消声装置控制系统的设计思路,论述了分体式水冷消声的关键技术。实践表明,消声装置的设计方法与思路对解决封闭式静音电站热平衡问题具有重要的参考意义。
In view of the high temperature exhaust muffler surface mute the enclosed power station the influence of the proposed solution using split type water-cooled sound;and from the implementation plan of split type water-cooling exhaust muffler device,introduces the structure of the exhaust silencer muffler and fittings and split type water cooling silencer design ideas of the control system,discusses the key technology of split type water cooling silencer,the silencer design methods and ideas to solve the problem of enclosed mute power plant heat balance has reference significance.
