摘要 电力系统依靠电力实验作为基础才能保障其稳定运行。在实施电力实验过程中,安全问题是重中之重。只有确保电力实验的安全性和有效性,才能确保电力系统在运行中安全可靠。从这一方面考虑,如何实现对电力实验的科学管理成为进一步保障电力系统安全性的一大影响因素。因此,以电力实验的安全管理作为中心论点,从影响安全管理水平的重要因素展开讨论,并依照得出的主要因素为基础,提出针对性的管理措施,提升电力实验安全性。 Power systems rely on electric power tests as the basis to ensure their stable operation.In the process of implementing electric power tests,safety issues are the top priority that cannot be ignored.Ensure the safety and reliability of the power system in operation.From this perspective,how to realize the scientific management of power tests has become a major influencing factor for further ensuring the safety of power systems.This paper takes the safety management of electric power experiments as the central argument,discusses the important factors that affect the level of safety management,and proposes targeted management measures based on the main factors obtained.This is the specific measure to reduce the safety risk of electric power tests put forward references to improve the safety of power tests.
