泛在物联网下电力营销稽查管理模式的构建 被引量:11

摘要 随着我国电力行业的迅速发展,人们的生活水平日趋提升,电力系统的用电量呈大幅度上升的状态,人们对生活质量和用电质量提出了更深层次的要求。而电力营销工作是保障整个电力系统能够安全稳定运行的重要前提条件,在电力行业体制改革的背景下,传统的电力营销模式已经不再适合现如今信息化的发展趋势,国家电网电力营销服务正面临着全新的挑战。针对于此,为了保证电力营销业务的服务质量与服务效率,国家电网公司务必加大对电力企业的营销稽查管理模式的创新力度,并积极推进泛在电力物联网的建设进程,将"泛在电力物联网"设为主体内容,旨在最大限度满足居民的用电要求和社会经济发展的需要。以泛在物联网对电力营销稽查管理模式的重要作用为出发点,着重分析了传统电力营销稽查管理模式中存在的问题,进而对泛在物联网下电力营销稽查管理模式的构建策略展开一系列的深刻分析与讨论。 With the rapid development of the power industry in our country,people’s living standards are improving,the power consumption of the power system is rising significantly,people put forward a deeper level of quality of life and power quality requirements. Power marketing is an important prerequisite to ensure the safe and stable operation of the whole power system. Under the background of power industry system reform,the traditional power marketing mode is no longer suitable for the current development trend of informatization,and the power marketing service of state grid is facing a new challenge. For,in order to ensure the service quality and service efficiency of electric power marketing business,the state grid corporation must strengthen the innovation of marketing audit management mode of electric power enterprise’s efforts,and actively promote the flood process,the construction of the power of things will be "in the power of Internet of things" as the main content,to maximize meet the residents of electricity demand and need for social and economic development. Starting from the important role of ubiquitous Internet of things(iot)in the audit management mode of power marketing,this paper focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the traditional audit management mode of power marketing,and then carries out a series of in-depth analysis and discussion on the construction strategy of the audit management mode of power marketing under ubiquitous Internet of things.
