职业教育与产业融合发展失衡剖析--以江西省为例

Analysis of Imbalanced Coupling between Vocational Education and Industrial Development--Taking Jiangxi Province as an Example

职业教育与产业实现融合发展,是破除职业教育和经济发展双重困境的重要驱动。江西省职业教育与产业发展实际的失衡性明显,且高职院校发展水平总体偏低对江西省加快经济转型升级形成了严峻挑战。从生源质量数量偏低、师资力量有待加强、社会评价总体不高、专业设置有待完善、产教融合有待提速等方面剖析了影响江西省职业教育与产业融合发展的成因,并从提升生源质量数量、强化师资力量升级、营造更佳发展环境、优化院校专业设置、加速引导产教融合等方面提出了加快融合发展的对策。

The coupling development of vocational education and industry is an important drive for breaking dilemmas among vocational education and economic development. The imbalance between vocational education and industrial development was obvious at Jiangxi, and the overall low development level of the higher vocational college imposed severe challenge in accelerating economic transformation and upgrading. Reasons influencing coupling development between vocational education and industrial development in Jiangxi were analyzed from aspects of comparatively low level of enrollment quality,comparatively low level of the teacher, comparatively low level of social evaluation, needing improvement of the major settlement and needing speeding of coupling development between industry and teaching,and brought some countermeasures from perspectives of improving the enrollment quality, strengthening the teacher, fostering better development environment, optimizing the major settlement and accelerating coupling development between industry and teaching.
