微媒体时代高职院校辅导员思政教育工作面临教育主导地位、信息优势地位被打破,应对微媒体冲击能力不足,思政教育内容和方式落后等新问题。为有效开展思政教育工作,在深入分析微媒体时代高职院校学生的思想、行为特征的基础上,高职院校要优化辅导员队伍结构,提升网络素养水平;拓展辅导员工作空间,将思政教育工作延伸至学生的虚拟世界;提升辅导员利用微媒体平台开展思政教育工作的能力等。创新微媒体时代高职院校思政教育工作发展的新路径。

In the era of micro media,the ideological and political education of counselors in higher vocational colleges is facing new problems such as the loss of education’s leading position and information’s dominant position,insufficient ability to deal with the impact of micro media,and backward content and mode of ideological and political education.To achieve the effective implementation of ideological and political education,based on the in-depth analysis of the ideological and behavioral characteristics of higher vocational college students,higher vocational colleges should optimize the structure of counselors and teachers improving the level of network literacy,expand the working space extending the ideological and political work to the virtual world,improve counselors’ability to use the micro media platform to carry out ideological and political work and innovate the path for the development of counselors’ideological and political work in the era of micro media.
