激发城市活力的街道人性化转型探索——以墨尔本为例

Exploration on Street Humanity Transformation Stimulating the Vitality of City--The Case Study of Melbourne

随着城市发展进入存量建设时期,城市街道作为承载人们日常生活的公共空间,将是恢复城市活力最重要的关注对象之一。文章通过对墨尔本中心区街道发展历程的回顾,分项解读中心区街道人性化转型的具体措施,得出坚持数十年以人为本的街道持续更新模式,是墨尔本街道成功转型的关键。最后结合墨尔本经验,对中国未来城市街道更新改造提出相应的建议。

When urban steps into the stock construction period,urban street as the public space carrying people’s daily life is one of the most important objects to restore urban vigor.Through review of the development history of Melbourne center area street,and respectively interpreting specific measures of humanity transformation of center area street,the paper gets the result that the key for the success transformation of Melbourne street is the continuous renewal mode of people-oriented street for more than a decade.At last,the paper concludes Melbourne experience and proposes corresponding suggestions for the renewal and transformation of Chinese future urban street.
