基于“生活圈”理念的社会性基础设施优化分析——以瑞金中心城区为例

Optimization Analysis of Social Infrastructure Based on the Concept of Life Circle--Taking Central Urban Area in Ruijin as an Example

《城市居住区规划设计标准》(GB50180-2018)发布实施后,15分钟、10分钟和5分钟生活圈的理念逐渐被运用到实际项目中。在此背景下,文章以《瑞金中心城区控制性详细规划》的编制为契机,以"生活圈"为基本理念,"体系明确、共建共享"为基本原则,基于ArcG IS分析平台,运用网络分析法构建了瑞金中心城区的"生活圈"体系,对传统规划下的社会性基础设施布局进行优化,以改善瑞金中心城区的人居环境,提升居民的生活品质。

After the implementation of the Planning and Design Standards for Urban Residential Areas,the concept of 15-minute,10-minute and 5-minute living circle has gradually been applied into practical projects.In this background,this paper takes the Regulatory Planning of Central Urban Area in Ruijin as an opportunity,Life Circle as the basic idea,co-construction and sharing of system as the basic principle,based on ArcG IS analysis platform,used the Network Analysis method to construct the life circle of Ruijin and optimize the layout of social infrastructure under the traditional planning,to improve the Ruijin living environment and the quality of people’s life.
