摘要
随着社会对高级专业人才的需求增长及个人接受高等教育的比例日渐扩大,我国高校逐渐扩招,近年电子信息技术使得外卖行业迅猛发展,校外餐饮成为较多学生的另一种选择,作为日常使用频率较高的高校餐饮建筑面临挑战。文章基于使用后评价(POE)及相关理论,关注近年来高校餐厅设计面临的新形势和新需求,以呼和浩特市11所高校为例,对高校餐饮建筑的空间布局中诸多因素进行了使用后评价研究,得出较为完善的高校餐厅空间布局质量使用后评价模型。针对在样本高校调研时发现的问题,提出相应的布局设计建议,为今后高校餐饮建筑的设计及建设提供相应的参考。
With the increasing demand for high-level professionals and the increasing proportion of individuals receiving higher education,China’s universities have gradually expanded their enrollment.In recent years,electronic information technology has made the take-out industry develop rapidly.Off-campus catering has become another convenient choice for more students.University dining halls with high frequency of daily use face challenges.Based on the POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation)and related theories,this paper pays attention to the new situation and new demands faced by university dinning halls in recent years.Taking 12 universities in Hohhot as examples,the POE of many factors of the spatial distribution of university dinning halls was carried out.The research has obtained a more perfect Post Occupancy Evaluation model for the quality of university dinning halls space layout.According to the problems found in the sample university research,the corresponding layout design suggestions are proposed,which will provide corresponding reference for the design and construction of university dinning halls in the future.
