摘要
我国国土空间规划体系正逐渐完备,战略研究作为重要部分引领国土空间规划体系的总体方向。文章通过国际空间规划分析理念采用宏观空间城市发展状态综合分析法(PESTEL分析)对我国大理市的国土空间规划进行战略研究,并对比与大理市发展程度相仿及目标愿景的国内外城市,总结出大理市当下发展状态的优劣势,以及在未来发展中亟须加强的地方,从而明确大理市国土空间规划中的战略目标。
China’s land space planning system is gradually improving,and strategic research as an important part leads the overall direction of the land space planning system.Through the international spatial planning analysis concept,the macro-space urban development state comprehensive analysis method(PESTEL analysis)is used to conduct strategic research on the land spatial planning of Dali City in China.This paper compares the domestic and foreign cities with the development degree of Dali and the target vision,and concludes the advantages and disadvantages of Dali’s current development status,as well as the areas that need to be strengthened in the future development,thus clarifying the strategic objectives in Dali’s national land planning.
