徽州乡村空置民居的现状及改造再发展探析

Analysis of the Status Quo and Reconstruction and Redevelopment of the Vacant Houses in Huizhou Rural Areas

工业化、城市化的推进导致乡村"空心化",造成乡村日益衰败。而人口偏向的流动,也会导致徽州整个空间人口结构发展失衡。随着体验式旅游的兴起,越来越多的市民走向乡村去体验不同地域文化和自然生态风貌,这为徽州乡村空置民居地发展带来契机。文章通过对徽州乡村的现状、空置民居出现的问题进行分析总结,探讨空置民居的改造再发展方向。

The promotion of industrialization and urbanization leads to the hollowing out of the countryside, which leads to the decline of the countryside. And the flow of population bias will also lead to the imbalance of the development of the whole spatial population structure in Huizhou. With the rise of experiential tourism, more and more citizens go to the countryside to experience different regional cultures and natural ecological features, which brings opportunities for the development of rural vacant houses in Huizhou. This article analyzes and summarizes the current situation of rural areas in Huizhou and the problems of vacant houses, so as to explore the reconstruction and redevelopment direction of vacant houses.
