新建本科高校应用型人才培养模式改革的探索实践 被引量:9

摘要 随着新一轮世界科技革命和产业变革,以及国家战略发展的需要,新建本科高校走应用型发展之路、培养应用型人才是中国高等教育发展的必然趋势,也是时代赋予的历史使命。但现实情况不容乐观,许多新建本科高校在向应用型转变的过程中仍摆脱不了"大而全""学术型"的发展模式,面临着许多矛盾和困境,究其原因,既有客观因素的影响,也有主观理念与思维定势的局限。要提高新建本科高校应用型人才培养质量必须在准确办学定位的前提下,从调整优化专业设置、重构课程体系和教学内容、完善教学实践环节、推进"双师型"教师队伍建设等方面进行人才培养模式改革,以适应地方经济社会发展对应用型人才的需求。 With the new round of world scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, as well as the need of national strategic development, it is an inevitable trend of the development of China’s higher education to build new undergraduate universities to take the road of application-oriented development and cultivate application-oriented talents, which is also the historical mission entrusted by the times. However, the reality is not optimistic. In the process of transforming into an application-oriented university, many newly-built universities are still unable to get rid of the "comprehensive" and "academic" development mode. There are objective factors, subjective ideas and thinking stereotypes as well as many contradictory dilemmas. To improve the quality of training applied talents in newly-built universities, we must carry out the reform of talent training mode from the aspects of adjusting and optimizing the professional setting, reconstructing the curriculum system and teaching content, perfecting the teaching practice and promoting the construction of "double-qualified" teachers on the premise of the accurate orientation of running a university to meet the needs of local economic and social development for application-oriented talents.
