葡萄皮尔斯病的研究进展

Research progress of Pierce’s disease of grapevine

皮尔斯病是一种严重的细菌性疾病,给葡萄和葡萄酒产业带来巨大的损失。该病是由木质部难养菌引起的,许多吸食植物汁液的昆虫都是该病菌的载体。本文介绍了皮尔斯病的发病症状和机理;综述了检测和鉴定皮尔斯病的主要方法,有显微鉴定法、免疫方法以及目前常用的各种分子检测技术;总结当前皮尔斯病的防治措施,如加强检疫和栽培管理、杀死病菌载体、热汤处理、选育抗性品种以及应用抗性砧木等,以期对皮尔斯病的发病机理及研究进展有更全面的了解,为明确研究方向和寻找新的防治方法提供帮助。

Pierce’s disease(PD)is a dangerous bacterial disease of grapevine which causes enormous damages to grape and wine industry.Xff(X.fastidiosa subsp.fastidiosa)is the causal agent of it,which is transmitted by many sap-feeding insects.This paper introduced the symptoms and mechanism of PD.It reviewed the research status on the detection and identification methods of PD including microscopic identification,immunologic methods and many molecular detection methods.The control measures of PD was also summarized in this paper,including strict quarantine,strict cultivation and management measures,killing insect vectors by pesticides,hot water treatment,breeding PD-resistance varieties and applying resistance rootstocks,etc.It provided a powerful help for a comprehensive understanding of the mechanism and research progress of PD,finding direction for further research,in addition to exploring new methods of prevention and treatment.
