1国内及京津冀地区水环境现状中国在成为世界第二大经济体的过程中取得了瞩目成就,但也因此付出了沉重的环境代价。就水环境来说,城市与水的关系是相互依存的,水是城市生存和发展最基本的资源,城市同时为水网系统提供了空间载体。在快速发展和高强度开发背景下,我国城市人口规模和城市规模不断扩大,城市的水生态系统遭受巨大的压力,出现包括水资源紧缺、水生态环境脆弱、水安全问题突出、水景观特色消失等问题。
