叶面喷施硒肥对不同品种小麦产量及籽粒硒含量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为研究叶面喷施硒肥对小麦产量和小麦籽粒硒含量的影响,本研究以130份小麦品种(系)为材料,于2012~2013和2013~2014小麦生长季,分别在小麦孕穗后期叶面喷施亚硒酸钠肥料,分析叶面喷施硒肥对不同小麦品种籽粒含硒量的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施硒肥提高了小麦单株籽粒产量,喷施硒肥后,130份小麦品种(系)两年平均单株籽粒产量从20.34 g提高到21.50 g;品种(系)间籽粒硒含量存在显著的基因型差异,两年平均籽粒硒含量分布范围为103.3~2216.0μg·kg-1,西部地区育成的小麦品种籽粒硒含量总体上高于东部地区育成的小麦品种。本试验筛选出了10份籽粒硒含量较高的品种(系):西农889、运丰139、LS6045、中优9507、西农213、小偃92、西农9871、陕农138、西农85、小偃216。本研究结果为利用小麦对人体进行科学补硒具有重要意义。 In order to study the effects of leaf-spraying selenium fertilizer on wheat yield and selenium content in wheat seeds, 130 wheat varieties(lines) were used as materials in this study. In the growing season of 2012/2013 and 2013/2014,sodium selenite fertilizer was sprayed on the leaves of wheat at the late booting stage, and the effect of spraying selenium fertilizer on the selenium content of different wheat varieties was analyzed. The results showed that spraying selenium fertilizer on leaf surface increased grain yield per plant of wheat. After spraying selenium fertilizer, the average grain yield per plant of 130 wheat varieties(lines) increased from 20.34 g to 21.50 g in two years. There was a significant genotypic difference in the content of selenium in the seed(line), and the average distribution in the two years was 103.3 ~ 2216.0μg · kg-1, the content of selenium in the wheat variety bred in the western region is higher than that in the eastern region. In this experiment, 10 varieties(lines) with high selenium content in grains were screened out: Xinong889, Yunfeng139,LS6045, Zhongyou9507, Xinong213, Xiaoyan92, Xinong9871, Shaannong138, Xinong85 and Xiaoyan216. The results of our study are of great significance for the scientific selenium supplement to human body.
