摘要
确定新型砖粉砌块材料的制备技术,制备不同砖粉掺量的砖粉砌块,探索砖粉砌块的抗折强度与抗压强度与砖粉掺量及土壤固化剂之间的关系。研究结果表明:1)随着砖粉掺量的增加,砌块的28 d抗折强度和抗压强度先增长后下降,砌块的28 d抗折强度最高达3.91 MPa,抗压强度最高达11.13 MPa;2)砖粉掺量大于50%时,砌块的28d抗折强度与抗压强度出现显著降低,建议砖粉掺量不超过50%;3)土壤固化剂可以有效地提升砖粉砌块的强度,当土壤固化剂掺量为1%时,效果最佳。
We determined the preparation technology of new brick powder block material, prepared the brick powder block with different components and content of brick powder, and explored the connection of brick flexural strength and compressive strength with the content of brick powder and soil curing agent. The results show that:1) with the increase of brick powder content, the 28 d flexural strength and compressive strength of the block increase first and then decrease, the 28 d flexural strength of the block is up to 3.91 MPa and the compressive strength is up to 11.13 MPa. 2) when the brick powder content is more than 50%, the 28 d flexural strength and compressive strength of the block decrease significantly, and the content of the brick powder should not exceed 50%. 3) Soil curing agent can effectively enhance the strength of brick powder block, when the content of soil curing agent is 1%, the effect is optimal.
