连续流气液反应器混合特性的数值模拟研究

摘要 常见的气液反应器气液两相逆向流动,当气液比过大时难以实现气液平衡,操作弹性较小。提出一种基于文丘里结构的气液两相同向流动的连续流气液反应器,利用Fluent软件对该连续流气液反应器内部流场进行三维数值模拟。研究结果表明:连续流反应器通过喉管结构的缩放,实现了气液的充分接触;通过切向进气使气液混合物产生旋转流动,液滴在离心力的作用下实现在扩散段横截面上的均匀分布,从而实现大气液体积比的气液两相快速均匀混合反应。利用混合指数来衡量连续流反应器横截面上的混合均匀程度,对于液滴粒径10~1000μm、气液体积比100:1~800:1的工况都表现出较好的气液混合效果。研究结果可为后续的连续流气液反应器优化设计奠定基础。 In the common gas-liquid reactor,gas-liquid two-phase countercurrent is difficult to achieve gas-liquid balance when gas-liquid ratio is too large,and the operating elasticity is small.A continuous flow gas-liquid reactor with two flows in the same direction based on venturi structure was proposed,and the flow field in the continuous flow gas-liquid reactor was simulated by Fluent.The results show that the continuous flow reactor achieves the good contact of gas and liquid through the scaling of the throat structure.By means of tangential air intake,rotating flow of gas-liquid mixture is generated,and the droplet is evenly distributed on the cross section of the diffusion section under the action of centrifugal force,so as to realize the rapid and even mixing reaction of gas-liquid two-phase with high gas-liquid volume ratio.The mixing index was used to measure the mixing uniformity on the cross section of the continuous flow reactor,and the gas-liquid mixing effect was good for the droplet size of 10-1000 micron and the gas-liquid volume ratio of 100:1-800:1.The results can lay a foundation for the optimization design of continuous flow gas-liquid reactor.
