摘要
聚羟基乙酸(PGA)是化学结构最简单的线性脂肪族聚酯,具有优异的机械强度、良好的气体阻隔性、生物相容和生物可降解等性能,可应用于生物医药、包装和矿业等领域。本工作综述了聚羟基乙酸聚合机理及合成方法的研究进展,重点介绍了直接缩聚法、开环聚合法以及一些新型的合成工艺,并讨论了每种合成方法的特点和局限性。
Polyglycolic acid(PGA)is the simplest linear aliphatic polyester with high mechanical strength,high gas barrier property,biocompatibility and biodegradability.It can be applied in many fields such as biomedicine,packaging,mining.In this paper,the research progress in the polymerization mechanism and synthetic methods especially direct polycondensation method,ring-opening polymerization method and new synthetic methods for polyglycolic acid is summarized.Furthermore,the characteristics and limitations of each synthesis method are discussed.
