摘要
基于六角形三维编织工艺,通过分析编织过程中携纱器的运动规律,利用Matlab编写算法将其所读取的电机控制矩阵转化为编织纱线的空间轨迹点坐标,利用B-spline曲线对纱线运动轨迹进行拟合,再对纱线截面和花节长度进行优化,得到一种能够很好地反映真实编织样本的结构纱线模型。仿真结果显示,纱线模型中的纱线形态与真实织物中的纱线相似,纱线编织角规律符合实际织物。研究结果为六角形三维编织物的纱线空间结构可视化和单胞体划分提供了理论和技术基础。
Based on the technique of hexagonal three-dimensional braiding,the movement law of the carrier in the braiding process was analyzed,and the motor control matrix was converted to trajectory point coordinates by algorithms in Matlab.The movement trajectory of carrier was fitted by B-spline curve,and the section and stitch length was optimized.Finally a yarn model was obtained,which can well reflect structure of the real braiding fabric sample.The simulation results demonstrate that yarn form of model is similar to fabric sample and the discipline of yarn braiding angle is consistent with the discipline in real fabric.The research results provide a well foundation for visualization and unit cells division of yarn structure of hexagonal three-dimensional braiding fabric.
